The Frankie Sixes
The Frankie Sixes are a swing jazz side project of AIM award-winning singer-songwriter, Reza Salleh. His debut album “Realise” topped radio charts the year of its release and has led him to perform around the globe, such as Australia, Korea, Thailand and Japan to name a few. The band consists of Ee Jeng on keys, one of the most well known jazz musicians in the local jazz scene and is seen normally leading Ee Jeng Trio or Funkatorie.
On double bass is Che Wan, who has played for some of the top jazz practitioners in the Malaysian music industry, such as Michael Veerapen and Junji Delfino. Outside of jazz he’s sessions for the likes of Yuna, Tony Eusoff and Guba. On drums is KJ, who trained musically at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California.
